Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RKsignature website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RKsignature is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached (see our Returns page). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RKsignature and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
RKsignature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
