Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or washing cannot be accepted.
How to Return
Email us at support@rksignature.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges where stock is available. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund so you can reorder when it's back.
Final Sale
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check sizing before purchasing sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
